Brittney Kohler
Manager of Infrastructure Initiatives for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

Brittney Kohler is the Manager of Infrastructure Initiatives for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), an association representing 145,000 members of the civil engineering profession in 174 countries. She leads the Society’s State Infrastructure Initiatives program and supports the development of ASCE’s signature infrastructure publication, the Report Card for America’s Infrastructure. Prior to joining ASCE’s Government Relations team, Brittney served as an organizational management and infrastructure finance analyst with projects in the rail, transportation, water, and aviation industries in addition to supporting the launch of a private equity infrastructure investment fund. She holds a B.A. Public Policy from Agnes Scott College.
Working in both state and federal policy, Brittney has found WGR’s programs and taskforces in both areas have been incredibly valuable in keeping ahead on trends and connecting with those in D.C. engaged in state policy work. Whether discussing the policy implications of new technology services or providing an outlook from industry leaders, WGR is consistently starting valuable conversations and ensuring the women of the industry are connected.
