Membership

WGR membership means being connected.
Our members have unique access to people and resources throughout the government relations community. WGR members share a common goal – advancing and empowering women in the field of government relations. We help one another:
- navigate issues before Congress and the Administration
- increase the depth of knowledge on legislative and regulatory matters
- understand how to practice the art of advocacy in an ethical manner
- develop contacts with Members of Congress and key Congressional and Administration staff
- manage work-life balance, and much more
WGR membership means life-long learning.
Our members have access to cost-effective training and educational sessions. WGR programming provides core leadership training as well as timely, issue-specific sessions to keep WGR members at the forefront of their fields.
I encourage women to take an active role in government from the local school board to the halls of Congress. Through organizations like Women in Government Relations, our voice is being heard and we have become a powerful force in this nation.
