WGR is raising our voice and providing support to our members on issues they face in their work environment.  At the center of harassment and hostile work environments are power inequities, whose contributing factors include the wage gap, lack of diversity equity and inclusion, limited paid leave policies, and above all else, professional conduct.

WGR partnered with Bloomberg Government to conduct an in-depth salary survey before the 2016 presidential election. Over 2,000 government relations professionals were surveyed.
