COVID-19 has sent the carefully prepared strategic plans and calendars of many organizations into flux. The World Health Organization officially declared COVID-19, or coronavirus, a pandemic and cited alarming levels of inaction among the reasons for increased uncertainty. Is your organization prepared for the daily changing landscape? How prepared are you for the next unexpected issue or crisis? What can your organization do to break through during this time? How are you engaging employees during a time of crisis? Being prepared with a step by step strategy provides your team with quick reflexes to improve overall outcomes.
Communication expert KayAnn Schoeneman of Curley Company will provide you with the tools you need to navigate any crisis, with clear communication and transparency being a top priority. Schoeneman has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs and data analytics. She was recognized as a 2020 Washington Woman in Public Relations Woman of the Year honoree and has deep experience in issues, crisis and public sector communications.

The webinar will include 30 minutes of presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A from participants. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide questions in advance as well as during the webinar.
