Event Description

WGR Holiday Party attendees agree to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 to gain entry.

Participants are considered fully vaccinated two weeks (14 days) after they have completed either the second dose in a two-dose series (e.g. Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) or after a single dose of a one-dose vaccine (e.g. Johnson & Johnson). Mixed vaccines will also be accepted (e.g. one dose of Moderna and one dose of Pfizer). Participants should complete their final vaccine by Monday, November 29, 2021 to be considered fully vaccinated in time for the event. Attendees will be asked to provide proof of full vaccination when they arrive, alongside a government-issued form of photo identification. WGR is unable to make any exceptions to this requirement at this time.

Upon registration, all participants agree to WGR’s Code of Conduct and Waiver and Release of Liability for Communicable Disease.

This is a members only event. 

Payment & Refund Policy
WGR Registration Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. You may substitute someone else at your membership level for your registration without penalty; however, membership benefits are non-transferable. If your replacement is not in your membership sector, you will be responsible for the difference in fees.

Consent to use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at WGR events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WGR’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and videotapes.
