Event Description

As the year comes to a close, it's time to celebrate our shared achievements, growth, and the incredible journey we've had. You are cordially invited to WGR's Year-End Celebration – an evening of joy, reflection, and camaraderie. We will also be announcing the two 2024 Judy Snyder Fellows. 

Registration is free however, a $10 donation to the Judy Snyder Foundation is required to support the next generation of savvy and passionate advocates. 

Health & Safety Protocols

WGR will encourage healthy behaviors onsite at the End of Year Celebration that prevent the spread of COVID-19 and implement appropriate health and safety protocols. These may include, but are not limited to, social distancing, masking, proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test, daily health screening, contact tracing and/or other similar measures. Information regarding specific health and safety protocols, and any necessary consents by attendees, will be communicated prior to the event.

Mask Requirement

WGR has a "masks optional" policy for indoor events.

Event Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability

Upon registering, you agreed to WGR’s Code of Conduct and Waiver and Release of Liability for Communicable Disease.

This is a members-only event. 

Payment & Refund Policy
WGR Registration Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. You may substitute someone else at your membership level for your registration without penalty; however, membership benefits are non-transferable. If your replacement is not in your membership sector, you will be responsible for the difference in fees.

Consent to use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at WGR events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WGR’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and videotapes.
