The Personal & Professional Development (PPD) Committee is excited host round five of the WGR Mentoring Program. Whether you are seeking guidance, prepared to guide, or looking for a peer to explore ideas with, the mentorship program is designed to fit (most of) your needs. In order to help you make the most of your participation, we provide a framework for discussions and will share resources and materials you can use throughout your discussions.
If you would like to participate, complete the mentee or mentor form as thoroughly as possible. Your answers will help us find your best match, so the more details you can provide, the better! And remember, we have a diverse applicant pool, so a “perfect” match might not be possible, but an open mind and commitment from all participants guarantees successful outcomes.
The mentoring program will run from September to December 2021. The applications will close August 30, 2021.
