As part of our ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts, WGR has launched a new membership category to attract and serve executive level women who wish to deepen their professional networks, share ideas, develop new career and business opportunities, and support the community of women in the field. To be considered for Executive Membership, there are professional qualifications that need to be met as well as an annual dues investment. Individuals who joined prior to August 31, 2021, are considered Charter Members, signifying advance commitment to our vision of creating generations of powerful women advocates. 

Executive Member Benefits:

  • Public recognition as a government relations thought leader and supporter of women in the government relations community
  • Annual VIP event featuring a high profile elected and/or Administration Official
  • Invitations to intimate Power Dinners/Receptions with other executive members
  • Access to an in-person and online community of executive-level women and complimentary attendance to all WGR events (some exceptions apply)
  • Visibility for you and your organization through the WGR Speakers Bureau

Qualifications:

  • Holds a senior executive position within a company, lobbying firm, or trade association (Vice President, Partner, President, C-Suite, or equivalent); or
  • Serves in a senior level position in a congressional office or in a federal, state, or local administration (e.g. Chief of Staff, Staff Director, Asst. or Deputy Asst. Secretary); and
  • Has 20+ years of experience in government, government relations, or a related field.

Annual Investment:

  • $1,500 private sector
  • $1,250 non-profit sector
  • $750 public sector
  • WGR Empowerment Network* membership of $10k+ includes one Executive Membership.

 

*The WGR Empowerment Network is an organizational membership that allows you to streamline your participation with WGR. It includes individual memberships, complimentary access to all of our events and visibility for your organization year round.
