Sincerity--especially on a personal and self awareness level
Tenacity-Never give up because you can learn so much from rejection
Support - Its SUPER important to have this relevant infrastructure in place
What is your long-term career goal?
In the near future, I would like to be a Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for a forward-thinking company.
I plan to assist companies with key decisions on their responsibility to society.
What advice do you have for young women entering the field?

What originally brought you to Washington?
I am a DC Native--so I feel like I grew up with a front seat to politics via field trips to Capital Hill and museums from elementary thru high school.
My home life was greatly influenced because there were frequent discussions about politics and the newspaper was SUPER important.
I have seen DC go through many changes through the years, both good and bad. Many of these issues have influenced my decision about Corporate Social Responsibility
