What attracted you to WGR and how has it helped you personally and professionally?
I joined WGR over 8 years ago to support my colleague who was on the Board of Directors. I've been a member ever since because WGR practices what I preach- that women are empowered most when we support each other.

What is your favorite part of your day job?
Being part of the moment that an innovative idea becomes tangible for a colleague or client - nothing beats when people have that spark of excitement. I also love helping organizations see around the corners and craft more efficient campaigns.

What inspires you?
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her belief that we can disagree without being disagreeable..

What skills do you think are most important in government affairs and why?
Grace, courage, perseverance and gravitas. A lot of people in government affairs have excellent skills and knowledge; people will eventually forget what you told them but will always remember how you treated them.
