Statements of Principle

WGR is raising our voice and providing support to our members on issues they face in their work environment in the field of government relations. At the center of harassment and hostile work environments are power inequities, whose contributing factors include the wage gap, lack of diversity equity and inclusion, limited paid leave policies, and above all else, professional conduct.

Workplace Anti-Harassment

WGR is committed to fostering a safe, productive work environment across political aisles, within and between industries and sectors.
