WGR Health and Safety Guidelines

WGR is committed to hosting safe and meaningful in-person events and continues to monitor CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and its other variants. WGR will remain flexible and adapt to the best event formats to ensure the safety of all participants.

WGR will encourage healthy behaviors at onsite events that prevent the spread of COVID-19 and implement appropriate health and safety protocols. These may include, but are not limited to, social distancing, masking, proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test, daily health screening, contact tracing and/or other similar measures.

Compliance with health and safety protocols adopted by WGR may be mandatory for in-person attendance and participation. Information regarding specific health and safety protocols, and any necessary consents by attendees, will be communicated prior to the event.
