This chilling quote rings true ever more in our changing, chaotic, and volatile world. Do you understand the meaning behind those words? Are you curious about your level of self-awareness, impact of your emotions, how you show up in stressful situations, etc., etc.?

Think of a person you admire as a leader, someone with whom you wish to work...could be a historical figure, a former or current boss, etc. Think of five characteristics that are ‘center stage’ for you that that individual embodies. Then ask yourself – are these skills that I have...that I wish to develop? Many of those characteristics – are likely to be in embodied in what we refer to as Emotional Intelligence...or EQ.
