Leading for diversity is the ability to identify our blindspots—the biases we all carry that influence our behavior toward members of particular social groups—resolve them, and create opportunities to lead for the inclusion of diverse voices within our spheres of influence.

This session will give participants the opportunity to uncover individual and organizational blindspots and brainstorm strategies for personal and organizational growth.
