Since 1975, Women in Government Relations has been creating opportunities for up and coming female professionals to sharpen their talents and deepen their networks. This year, as part of our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, we are expanding our scope to explicitly serve the needs of experienced women in the field with programs and opportunities relevant to advanced professionals – the Executive Leadership Forum. The Forum is comprised of 30+ women with 20 or more years of experience and senior positions in the public and private sector.
The WGR Executive Leadership Forum hosted its second event of the year on Monday, September 27th. Member Gloria Dittus hosted a garden party at her home in Kalorama. The evening was filled with food, music, and networking between our 20 members in attendance and special guests, Ambassador Ivonne A-Baki of Ecuador and Ambassador Floreta Faber of Albania.
