WGR DEI Committee: A Year in Review and Reflection
As we wind down 2022, we’ve once again paused to take stock of this committee’s accomplishments. We continue to raise the bar! We’ve:
- Held 11 meetings,
- Published 15 blog features,
- Convened 1 Open Forum, and
- Planned and hosted our third annual signature event: the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit.
- Created the WGR Inclusive Style Guide and
- Raised our glasses at our second annual Sip & Synch Happy Hour.
None of this would have been possible without the fierce and dedicated support of each and every one of our dedicated members.
Together, we continue to show up, engage, support, and push to make unprecedented contributions within this organization and the greater government relations arena.
It is an honor to be able to reflect on the shared work and friendships that continue to sustain us.
